This is my pet Giant African land snail Tarquin in his lovely new shell warmer. Ok he looks slightly confused and I doubt it will be a regular part of his wardrobe because he'll just get slime all over it but he looks pretty funny in it. He's a year old and has still got a lot of growing to do. This is what he looks like without his shell warmer on:

Say Hi Tarquin!

That made me snort my water out my nose. Ow thanks...hahaha. That is indeed a lovely snail hat. Or would it be body sock? (Too bad those guys are illegal to own in the U.S. cause I would love to see someone's face when I told them I had a racing snail and showed them one of them.)

That is the very first pet snail I have ever seen. He is adorable in his little body hat!

What a cute snail!  Cheesy How do you feed it, does it need its own cage and stuff?
