What did you use for paint?

i used 1 qt of behr 550B Blue Ocean latex paint, and mixed my own values using a qt of plain white latex (both gloss). i haven't gotten around to posting my stencils as pdf downloads on my blog yet, but if anyone wants them, just PM me and i'll get off my lazy bum and get them to you Smiley

myrdda, it's much easier than it looks to whip up your own stencils. you just need an exacto knife and some posterboard, and can make whatever your son is into! there are more detailed step-by-step instructions for doing this project on my blog (srsly, it's like a 50-foot-long post -- too much to post here!). again, check it out, and feel free to message me if you have any questions!

Oh wow, that looks great!  Your stenciling is so clean...I think it will be a long time until I'd be able to put together something like that!  Smiley
