ok, this is EMBARRASSING and horrible, but I have not posted yet and my dear fantastic partner has not killed me! I received WEEKS ago but have been busy and dizzy in the head. my partner was PinkMafia and she sent me an AMAZING package - some of the stuff may have disappeared into my daughter's little grubby hands, but I think I got everything...here we go!!:

awesome painted lantern shade (holding it so it's not totally stretched out, but you get the idea):

pins:

hair clip:

magnets (there were THREE but two are missing...CHILD!):

and best of all an AWESOME REVERSE-able apron!!! WOO HOO!:

again, thank you SO MUCH PinkMafia! I love love love my package!

I received my package from Barbolot today!

Be prepared to be super jealous! The time and creativity in each of these pieces is mind blowing!

First a bit of explanation, my kitsch swap with Barbolot was a bit different than most. I am a high school Spanish teacher and I wanted some super cool stuff to use as decor in my classroom. Barbolot definitely rose to the occasion! Cheesy

From my Wist...Tonatiuh the Aztec sun god done in embroidery on reclaimed linen

A Frida pencil cup...Frida is an ongoing fascination in my upper level classes. We spend the first couple of weeks of the course looking at Hispanic art and hers is always the most remembered, mostly for her unibrow! LOL

And, for the coolest of it all, my new collection of calaveras! I did these pics in pairs and followed them with details shots of the interiors. I can't decide which one is my overall favorite. They are each unique and wonderful in their own right.

Barbolot, I absolutely love my goodies! I appreciate the time and effort put into everything. I will cherish them always!
