[ACCEPTED] Take swaps out of "hot new projects"

Its gotten even worse.
For example, right now, I counted three original projects in all of the hot new projects right now. Everything else is a swap.

As a 'quick' fix, wouldn't removing pics from the swap threads (or at least the first post from the swap thread) solve this? I think this was mentioned before, I vaguely remember swappers saying they like having the thumbnails on the swap board. But if having the swaps showing up on the first page as a 'hot project' is frustrating people enough that they stop coming to Craftster, isn't that something worth considering too? (sorry if this repeats something already discussed)

That definitely would keep swaps out of that area but I think people do like having thumbnails in the swap area. Heck, everybody loves a pretty picture, right?    Jean and I did revive this issue and we'll probably try to get it pushed through since swaps do seem to be appearing a lot.  The alternative is to just go around posting and commenting on every project thread you love, which is definitely something I would encourage no matter what!
