I used to challenge myself to make really tiny origami out of things like gum wrappers when I was a kid.  When I saw this competition, I figured I'd see what I could turn out now that I'm older and have fat hands.  

I started by making a traditional crane.


That was fun... but I figured it was kinda plain and the competition on craftster would be pretty fierce so I made this little frog on a lotus flower.


I was a little disappointed with how the frog and lotus turned out, but it was a lot of work so I didn't want to leave them out... at the same time, I wanted something a little more hard hitting so I came up with this insect diorama.
