This is the mostly completed, generically named Mr. Dragon created by myself and a friend whom I constantly refer to as the Amazing Miss Becky.  Grin We started him last year and he's almost finished- just short the pair of antlers that seem to be a common feature on these guys. He was made to be used as a prop for the Lunar New Year storytimes each year at the library I work at.

His frame is made from plastic canvas sewn together with yarn and shaped with quilt batting. Then we covered him with fabric and decorated him with all kinds of feathers and sparkly things! And as soon as I have a chance, I'll add some shiny purple antlers.... and maybe some more sequins. You can never have too much sparkle.  Wink

Sorry the photos are blurry  Embarrassed  Hopefully I can get some better pics taken to share with you. Perhaps one of Mr. Dragon and his creators? That would be cool. Cool

So... this is the first time I've posted here in AGES, so I hope you like him!

Wow! Mr. Dragon looks amazing! I like how you chose the scale-pattern fabric. Can't wait to see him with antlers!  Wink
