this was inspired by those ancient Egyptian canopic jars where they would put mummified body parts.



Here is a donut teapot made on the potters wheel.



And here is a vase made on the wheel. I got the crackle effect by using low fire and high fire glazes.

There are a lot of great youtube videos of experts wheel throwing. I recommend watching some, they gave me a lot of ideas. This channel is good http://www.youtube.com/user/timseepots
