oktoberfest 2008!

yay new layout! it was really scary because i had never done so many contrasting patterns on the layout before! less is usually more with me, but i went for it! it was really fun and I highly recommend it.

my crazy cluster of random crap. hehe. is it just me, or is it whenever someone laughs and spells it "hehe" it makes it sound like old-man creepy?

i really wanted the white cardstock to be a piece of lace, but i was fresh out of lace Sad

it felt like the whole project was getting a little left-heavy (lol), so i added some brads to the right side of the photo to help balance the layout Cheesy

I'm the same! I love to do pages with heaps of photos because I find them so easy. It's those pretty simple pages that terrify me Tongue

I really like this layout. Esp the lined paper and buttons.

oh wow, i didn't think it was more common thinking to want to use more than one photo. for me it's easier to start in the middle and then build outward from it. plus it never hurts to look online or in scrap magazines for handy tips and tricks to make it easier!
