Yep, I made the foundation for this guy out of foamcore and then screenprinted all the designs onto paper and adhered them to the form! It's completely wearable (woohoo!) and, since it's made of paper, very light  Cheesy

So my question to you all is this: I have enough of the back scales to have the cape-y part flow all the way to the floor and beyond, but I'm thinking it doesn't need it. What do you think? Other than that, I hope you like it!

this is amazing! is it for some class or just because you're made of pure awesome? (actually the two are not mutually exclusive... so reply to the class question if you're so inclined Tongue)

i agree with danger.kitty that it's good as it is - generally because the shape it has now is similar to the shape of the feathers themselves.

That's an awesome headdress; doubly awesome because it's made out of paper. I'd also like to know why you made it. And I agree that the extra feathers should be left off; I like its length as it is, and by keeping it shorter the wearability factor isn't compromised!  Cheesy

By the way, this rocks!

I love the way this looks - so cool! I agree that extra feathers might make it less wearable, and the shape they make at the moment is good.

This is so cool the way it came out.  I love the way it "hugs" you in the back.

Looks great but maybe bring something around the front a little. It doesn't have to be the same "feathers" but something to cover the chest.
