Still no fix for the bouncy reply screen thing? I can't fix it on my end with this slow dial up connection, it's nearly impossible for me to update anything on my computer right now.

Are you using IE 8?  If so, it's a browser compatibility issue not related to the transition.  Try this! Smiley  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=299447.0

If not, please give me a little more information and we'll dig into it for ya!

Takes me a llooonnnggg time just to open a website unfortunately. And now that it is open I can't understand a word it's saying. I think parts are missing due to extra-super-plus long loading time, sigh. Oh well, just won't say much around here for now I guess.

Okies!  Here is the abbreviated version for ya! Smiley  Are you using Internet Explorer 8 as your web browser?  If so, click the button that looks like this at the top of your screen:

You will only have to do it once and it should solve the issue for you of the bouncing reply box.

It made a big difference for me in the way that Craftster showed up!

I was getting all sorts of wonky screens and blended "Replies to your post"--it also took forever to load even with super speed cable!!

I don't think it is just a Craftster issue--it was affecting a few of my other sites as well--we are now including it in our tech notes at my company for our clients who are experiencing slow and erratic screens!

Thanks again for reminding everyone!  You and junggrl have worked so hard on this transition!

Oh Sweets, You are a genius!!  That happened to me about two days ago on another site and it was so weird.I didn't know how to fix it.  Thank you for the computer lesson.  I didn't even notice or know what that thing was.
And thank you so much for the spell check.

Thanks for the instructions and thanks for trying. Unfortunately that does NOT work with my dial up, each page was taking 10-15 minutes to partially load! Oh well, until they get DSL out here I'll take the bouncey reply window or just keep my posts short.
Thanks again.

Hmm, that is so weird. Sad  Well, meanwhile, we do have it on our list to update the site re: IE 8 compatibility.  Hopefully we can get this updated sooner than later for you, monkey! Sad

Jinjeet Phoenix, many welcomes! Smiley
