another sharpie dye job!

I had a small stocking filer gift left to make. i had in my posession a bottle of surgical spirit (mineral alcohol), a pack of really cheap permenant markers and some undyed cotton.....

i made a reusable carrier bag!! inside there is a little pocket into which the bag can be rolled for transportation.





all double seams (french seams?) and the straps are sewn on with x-boxes so they wont come off in a hurry.

I really love the washed out rainbow effect you've made, so pretty. I'm inspired to have a go at that. Does it come out if you wash it?
