Something a little more classy on your walls? What about a quilted wall hanging with an embroidered piece on it? Then this is the swap for you! You will be creating an embroidered panel that will be used as your partner would like - from simply hanging it on a wall to making it into a pillow or tote bag front! Endless possibilities with an embroidered panel!
You will need to stalk your partner. Based on their questionnaire and your stalking, choose a design (yours, a free one, bought, etc.) and stitch it! The size of the finished embroidered piece when finished should be between 8x8 to 12x12. (i.e. 8x10, 8x12, 11x11, etc.) Make sure you communicate with your partner! This is a relatively small swap, so we can have some quick and easy fun.
Rules and other info for this swap:Once partners are assigned please post an update in this thread once a week. You don't have to write more than your crafting progress (status 50%) or even just "checking in", but you must post weekly. Always keep in touch with the thread and your partner. This will help stop flakers.
- If you will be sending late you MUST notify both me and your partner ahead!
- Delivery Confirmation must be purchased unless sending out of the country in which case you must get, and keep, a receipt. Please send me a picture of your receipt if you cannot do DC#s.
- When sending PMs please label them asEEPP Swap" + TAG with one of the following tags:
Approval
Sent
Received
Question
So when sending the questionnaire, the subject will read "EEPPSwap - Approval". When notifying me about sending and receiving packages, add the corresponding tag. If you just have a general question label it as that. This will keep things organized for me. Please do not forget the tag.
- I will set up a gallery once the first person has shipped. Please post pictures when your package arrives. Your partner put a lot of work into crafting for you! They deserve a little recognition! I will not leave feedback until pictures are posted. It is always a good idea to take pictures of your package before you send just in case your partner doesn't have a camera or cannot post pictures for some reason.
