Many apologies to my partner, who sent super early.. and I am just now posting pictures. Especially considering the humongously time consuming things she included! She definitely put her heart into everything.

This is the shawl/bolero type thingy she sent:

It doesn't look like much on a bed. :p Here it is on:

Here is all of the other goodies included in the package:

The leftmost one is a tote, lying on it is a crochet wallet/clutch, a bath bomb from Lush, a flower/vine necklace, and all the way on the right is a little caterpillar-esque crochet ball.

Everything matches so well! I noticed it when the package was opened, but I notice it even more now that I've taken pictures. I love the yarn everything is done with, princesspimp81 chose well. Grin

This is my lovely yarn that I received yesterday along with a little extra my partner and I agreed upon.
I may need some help with spinning terms on how to describe my yarn's thickness, one is uniform all the way through and the other is chunky and skinny in different parts.  Grin The colors are wonderful!!  Cheesy I still don't know exactly what I will be doing with it yet, but it will be special.

Thank You!!!

MLF, those colors are so pretty!

Nesse, that yarn is like art!  I'm thinking I have to get the bulky flyer attachment for my wheel so I can spin yarn with stuff in it.

Lovely yarns, MLF.  You are in for a treat with MLF's soap, Beeker!

Drum roll, please!  Superhooker sent me an out of this world package.  Thank you doesn't even cover it!
The bundles . . .

The yarn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely winter socks are planned for myself and my DH!

And bless her heart, SH sent me a lovely and comforting shawl:

My expression is not an indicator of joy -- it's just me trying to take my own picture!

Thank you so much, partner.  You are a bright light in the universe!!!!

that seriously just made me laugh out loud.   Smiley  when i first saw the picture, i thought, "hmm..she doesn't look very comforted while wearing her shawl".  and then i read your explanation.  lol!

everything in this gallery is top notch!  what a great little group we had!  Smiley

beeker - i think the term you're looking for might be slubby (to describe the thick & thin texture of the yarn).  i'm not a spinner so i'm not sure if that's correct, but i said slubby in my questionnaire and nesse knew what i was talking about   haha  (that yarn looks scrumptious btw!)

Sorry, It is Cucumber Melon.

The yarn is a bit more blue (at least on my monitor) than what Beeker's pictures show.

I wasn't sure if Beeker would like the 'standard' type of yarn or more of an 'art' yarn, so I made one of both ... each skein is 3 oz ... I didn't take the yardage.

And here are the beautiful bird house gourds that Beeker made me!!

And a little extra for my granddaughter!!

Which is really cool since my daughter loves making snowflakes out of paper!!!

Thanks so much Beeker!!!
