I guess my days of lurking all over Craftster are done with this post, lol... I'm a quilter, knitter and crocheter, so I guess I should start sharing some of my items, since I just love it here!

I made this bag last week after seeing a tutorial on Chic'nScratch's place on YouTube.  I used 5" blocks with denim and 100% cotton fabric.  Normally, when I sew rag style blocks for quilts, I would put in either cotton batting or flannel, but I didn't think this needed it.  I really love the way it turned out!

Have a great day!

Well, I guess I have more posting to do before I can upload into a post, so to see the bag, click HERE to see it on my Flickr page.

I love the way you worked the red, white & blue into this bag.  And the straps are really nice with the red, white & blue.

Have never tried the rag style. Have never been brave enough to do it.  But I love the look.  And I really like this bag.  I think you did a wonderful job with it.

Thank you for posting this.

Oh my goodness! That is so cute! I love the fringe look!  My mother loves red-white-& blue anything and would love that bag!  Thanks for sharing your fabulous creation!
