long time no post, i know. but i haven't been sewing nearly as much as i'd like these past few months. here are some of the things i've made:

this is my favourite :] i haven't worn it yet though. i actually barely have anything that goes with it. but its time will come.

this is a very simple dress, but i love it anyway. then again, i love anything with polka dots, lace, bows & hearts :p especially if its pink, black & white.

i'm still not sure if i like this dress or not. it has orange in it. it's very halloweeny though. what do you think?

i love the fabric of this one so much! it has one of the prettiest floral patterns i've ever seen. & it has such a lovely shade of purple.

more purple & polka dots. yes, that's purple. a really dark purple, but no matter what i did my camera refused to capture anything close to it.

even more polka dots. & flowers! & bows! & pockets in the side-seams! how awesome is that?

this skirt turned out a little weird in the pictures. full circle skirts always look so flat on dressforms. it looks way better in real life, on a person. it turned out a bit simpler than i had in mind, but i didn't want to distract too much from the awesomeness of that fabric. the rainbowy colours also look much better in real life.

that's it for now! let me know what you think! i'm trying to diversify my clothing more & i'd really like people's opinions on it.

I am so in love with everything you make! I really adore the cardigan and the last skirt, I would definitely wear both of those. You have a really fun sense of color and proportion, very well done. Smiley

I love them all so much..my favourites are the cardi and the polka dot dress..wish I could sew like you! Did you use a pattern for the cardi? I love the little details, like the lace and polka dot pockets..fantastic- if I wasn't flat broke I'd buy them!

The floral dress is stunning!

I love how it is made less "sweet" with the leathery trim...

The plaid with the polka dot is also pretty wonderful...I did not expect the combo to be so eye-catching...

I personally do not like orange or yellow, but for those who do, the cardigan is very artsy and fun and the halloween dress is definitely a head turner!  Love all of the details and gobs of trim!
