Wow, those look great.

How long did they take to make?  How much yarn did they take?

Sometimes you get to change the world, and other times the world changes you.

Currently drowning in the sea called PhD.

Interested in swapping for I-Spy Quilt Squares and Scraps.

maizella: just make sure if you do make a pair that when you do your gauge swatch that you stretch your gauge a bit - if you do it right on the gauge it will end up looking like leggings (at least that's what happened to me) and I had to re-do it.
kjlutz thanks!  I bought a cone of yarn and it looks like they took just about/just over half of the cone.  I have no idea how much yarn that is.  As far as how long - actual knitting time maybe just under 2 weeks.  I started officially in the beginning of January and had several false starts (which I documented in the blog posts) - and would just have them sitting there and stare at them before starting up on them again.
