Heya,

So the old Perth thread had gone very, very quiet so I thought maybe a brand spankin' new one would wake everyone up... maybe. Anyways, I really want some crafty friends. I'm kinda over the blank stares I get when I'm trying to explain stuff to my friends now because none of them are even remotely crafty-minded and well, it'd be nice to have some friends with the same interests.
So ... I like heaps of crafts, I'm not really that fantastic at anything in particular, I just have fun making stuff and it makes me happy. I'm South of the River (out Canningvale way) so if anyones interested in some crafty meet-ups, please reply!

Hiya, There's a few of us around but it's hard to get in touch with anyone. I've been hoping to make some crafty friends on here for a while but I guess it's difficult because everyone lives at opposite ends of Perth. Do you have any craft groups or anything you know about? There doesn't seem to be many groups other than Nanna-groups (nothing against Nanna's but you know what I mean)

I went to a spinners group once but it was all oldies.

Well, I dunno about actually organising something at this stage but yay! someone else is interested too...it's a step in the right direction! lol. How far north are ya "Bunny of Doom"? Truly, I'm thinkin it's seriously time to get my butt in to gear and get something happening so if you're still interested, let me know and I'll try and sort something out. Surely there's more Perth peeps out there too?
