One of my favorite projects was our photo escort cards. They were fun to make and a hit with our guests!

We had 80 guests total, all were close friends or family, so it helped make the photo-finding relatively easy. I scoured old photos albums for most of the photos, facebook helped with a few. The entire project {not including the cork board} cost under $10.

Here's how I did it:
1. find a photo of each guest {I used wedding photos were appropriate, for everyone else I went as far back as I could, but tried to keep it within the time frame of our friendship/memory}.
2. Scan photos as required; print a 4 x 6of each photo. {Find deals on prints! You've got time on your side, I used freebies from shutterfly}.
3. Cut white cardstock into 80 4x6 squares; cut excess background, etc. out of photos. All photos should be smaller than 4x6 when finished.
4. Glue photos to cardstock. If you have glue tape, great, otherwise use the regular white stuff and once dry stick each card between the pages of a heavy book to flatten.
5. Add table numbers. I used rubber stamps. You could also handwrite the numbers or use stickers.
6. Pin cards to a large cork board, and let guests know they need to recognise themselves if they want to eat! *lol*

I had a few "plus ones" who I did not have a photo of, for these guests I simply added their name to their dates photo cards. If you don't have access to photos of your guests you could also try asking them to send you one with their rsvp for a "top secret wedding related project!"
