My husband and I absolutely love the Trailer Park Boys (awesome Canadian TV show) and emmajb's embroidered piece (here) inspired me to do something for my DH for Valentine's/our unofficial anniversary (11 years since we started dating!).

Some background for the piece... The quote is from a 2nd season episode 'The Bible Pimp' where these con artists, posing as evangelists, are selling advanced orders for Bibles to people in the the trailer park. They approach sweet, mild-mannered Bubbles and ask if he lives around there (he lives in a van with his kitties  Wink) and if he's read the Bible...hilarity ensues.  Cheesy

The picture was taken on a slight angle, the corners are square, I promise! I framed the piece after taking pics (it's a 5"x7"). Oh, and the 'font' is just my own handwriting.

Shocked (Imagine this little guy with hearts for eyes) I LOOOOOOVE Trailer park boys! They pretty much embody the average Canadian, whether you live in a Trailer park or not. (At least where I live Tongue) This is so awesome!

This is the best darned thing I've heard all day...I might just have to stitch that up, lol.

This piece is soo wonderful...one of my favorite quotes ever.  Plus, Bubbles is dead on.  GREAT JOB!!!!  Smiley

You've inspired me to finish stitching the TPB quotes I've had written down forever.
