I've been crocheting for maybe 2 months now and taught myself how to do it by using different sites I found online. I was looking for a  Gir (from Invader Zim) pattern for a while, but finally just decided to wing it and make one myself since patterns do more damage than help with me. Hope you like it. ^_^

Guardie for life.

I am really interested in doing a personal swap, especially for greener things like reusable lady items, wool dryer balls, or other such things.  I can knit, sew, draw, and put things together in pretty neat ways.  Please PM me if you're interested.

He's wonderful! The details really make him!

I'm not a crochet-er, but I have a friend who's learning who happens to love Gir if you're inclined to share your pattern  Cheesy

Sorry no. I'm new and have trouble reading most patterns, much less writing them. But a bunch of my friends want one, so I'm gonna be remaking him and I'll try to get down a pattern this time. ^_^

That's awesome, I really wanted to try crocheting his puppy disguise, but I couldn't find a pattern I liked. You've given me the courage to try it out on my own! ...well, maybe after practicing on something easier first... >.> Question! How did you get his head so nice and square? Did it just naturally turn out that way after stuffing?

I made a cube and just over stuffed it a bit to make it bulged. You can search for crochet cube patterns or fuzzy dice to get an idea how to make it. Basically you just make a magic circle and increase only on the corners, then make it the height to match the size of the bottom, then do reverse what you did on the bottom.

**sorry i'm kinda bad at explaining this ^_^
