I love that bracelet.

teag- I really do like the yellow. It is just not very often I prefer yellow over red or blue, but I think you made it my favorite. I did notice the blue was hard to match. My daughter has that one.

Oh  I completely agree- I didn't take it the wrong way- It was really hard to send t o it I fell in love with the yellow while working on it

I got my swap package from strawberryh yesterday!! I almost missed it. The post carrier left it next to my front door and didn't knock or anything. I saw it when I went out later and was talking to my cousin who had stopped by. Honestly, it could have been delivered the evening before while I was out. She set it next to my trash cans, so I barely noticed it. Grrr, post office. Grrr.

Anyways, I opened it up and was blown away by the sheer amount of awesomeness that was inside. I was totally spoiled here. I had intended to let my daughter use it all, but some of it she so isn't getting. Maybe later, but things have disappeared from her bag at school already, and I would hate for her to lose this stuff.

First is a picture of all the loot together:

She sent me a cute Hello Kitty box, which I am sure will get a lot of use. There was also some almond flavored Marzipan. I am not sure what that will be used for, as I have never had Marzipan before, but I am sure I will find a use for it.

There was a really neat drinking bottle, which is good because I didn't have one and looked a little silly using a My Little Pony Thermos from the 80's (not that I care one bit...). The neck had an awesome pirate band on it, which looks like a hair band, but may just stay on the bottle. I <3 pirates. There were 2 different Hello Kitty cloths, which are big enough to be used as Furoshiki, but could also be used as napkins or anything really. There were 2 bento belts, one with Hello Kitty on it, and the other with a Hello Kitty pin on it. The pin will probably end up on the daughter's backpack, once she figures out how to take off with it. There was an adorable Hello Kitty necklace and bracelet set, as well as some hair bands, and a rubber bracelet, which my daughter will love.

The little Hello Kitty head here is a small canister for dry snacks. I think I might use this one in my lunch. It is cute. There were also 3 Chinese jump ropes. Not sure the difference between those and the kind we have here, but I am sure I can find info on it somewhere.

Finally, I have 3 more simple belts, 2 different size and shape silicone cups, and a set of training chopsticks. I had been really wanting to get my daughter a set of these. She gets upset every time she sees us using chopsticks because she can't figure out how to use them too, because her hands are too small.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention - the big beautiful piece of purple fabric that I photographed it all on top of was in the package as well.

Thank you so much strawberryh, I loved it all and I know my daughter will too! (She is away for the weekend, so she hasn't seen any of it yet.) You are an awesome swap partner!

I as so glad you like the package. It was hard to pick out which box to get at the Sanrio store. And even the Purple can be used for Furoshiki It is closer to the size used for making a bag out of. http://furoshiki.com/techniques Has a bunch of ways to fold and tie your cloth for different uses. I have been know to use a cloth as a purse at Fair. It is very challenging that most places don't carry Bento stuff. I thought you could use the Marzipan to make little miniatures for yours and your DD lunch box and she can then play with her food. You paint them with food coloring if you want them colored World Market rocks for stuff like Marzipan, Japanese soda, Cop sticks and chopstick rests. Finding Hello Kitty Fabric is hard Jo-ann's only had it in there Valentines section and Handcock only one in cotton the rest were Flannel and polar fleeces. Yes the band on the bottle neck is for hair but it looked cool on the bottle and the bottle was a little plain. Chinees Jump rope is nothing like our Jump rope and to learn you can use heavy chairs in place of people to hold the cord. we use to play it in Elementary school at lunch time. look up the way you play it is fun like cats cradle for you feet.
Glag you like you package.  We loved our Package too. My DD had fun helping find stuff for the package.
This has been a fun Swap I would do it again in a heart beat.
