It can be worn with all parts together or just a few at a time and in many different ways.

This is my first ever post of one of my projects, i am a little nervous about it.  I saw this contest come up on facebook yesterday and was working with these colors of yarn for another project and thought they would be perfect if I could make them into some kind of jewelery.  It is late and I have just finished it but the lighting in the house sucks so I will try to take better pics tomorrow.

I really like this - and it definitely makes me think of the sea. What yarn did you use, and what kind of rings did you work round for the circles?

I am curious about the rings as well. I really like the piece... it is something that I would definitely wear.

That is really cool! I want to learn to crochet this year, I would love to make something like that.

Oh wow, thanks everyone!  I was worried no one would like it.
I used red heart-soft touch yarns and a 3.25 hook.  I also used some little brass rings that are 1" and 1.5" in diameter that I had picked up for my girl guides and never used.(found them at the dollar store)  The smallest circles are done with a magic circle.  Nothing more then sc and slst in this piece.

wow--I am fast becoming a fan of crochet jewelry!  This necklace is unique and definitely one of my favorites!

It shows how simple classic lines and beautiful colors can come together to make something that will surely get lots of compliments!

Great job!   I agree idlersdesign--this goes on the wist list!
