I made this hat for my daughter this morning, it was originally going to be a Mickey Mouse hat, but it ended up being a little too beret to put ears on top! She loves it though, and it look adorable on her!

Pushed back like a slouchy hat

The back

I made it up as I went, but this is about how it goes
Pattern
I used an H hook
1. 12 dcs into magick ring
2. Chain 3, 2 dcs into each dc, join
3. Chain 3, 1 dc into next dc, then 2 dcs into next, continue 1 then 2 into each dc around, join
4. Chain 3, 1 dc into next 2 dcs, then 2 dcs into next, continue 2 then 2 into each dc around, join
5. Repeat row 4
6. Chain 3, 1 dc into next 3 dcs, then 2 dcs into next, continue 3 then 2 into each dc around, join
7. Chain 3, 1 dc into next 4 dcs, then 2 dcs into next, continue 4 then 2 into each dc around, join
8. Chain 3, 1 dc into next 5 dcs, then 2 dcs into next, continue 5 then 2 into each dc around, join
9. Chain 2, sc into each dc all the way around, join
10. Chain 2, sc decrease in each sc all the way around, join
11-14. Chain 2, sc in each sc all the way around, join
15.  (slip stitch, chain 1, slip stitch) into each sc all the way around
End and weave
