I just finished making this little blue elephant for my friend from work - she is going through a bit of a tough time at the moment but there isn't much I can do to really help, so I thought I would try to make her something cheering instead... hence Elmer!

I spent most of the weekend and nearly watched entire season of 24 while I made Elmer! Smiley The pattern is from etsy.

Meet Elmer!

(He has a blue parcel tag around his neck - like Paddington Bear - saying 'Please look after this Elephant')

And one more - so you can see his pretty tail!

Hopefully he will make a cheering surprise!  Grin

That is an adorable elephant!  I love those big cute eyes.  You are such a thoughtful friend.  Sometimes just knowing someone truly cares about what you are going through is real help.
