It took a week longer than planned, but I can finally post the pics of the cool stuff I received from Atellix!

I couldn't even wait to leave the post office to see what I got!

I was so excited to show the hubby the canvas paintings of Morrigan and Devilman! They'll go up on the walls once we get the house organized. 






I love Felicia and this wooden sign is very cute! I can't decide where it will go though ..maybe the front door?


I think these were extras, but they're my favorite items..King of Bandit Jing necklace and earrings! I love the grinning cat face logo/mascot enough that I got it tattooed on my wrist a few years ago.

Now I've been wearing the same shamrock knotwork earrings for about 9 years straight, but I've actually taken them out twice already so I could wear these (doesn't seem like a lot I know, but I've bought other earrings I really liked and have yet to wear them).
Yay, I'm so glad we finally got a new oven yesterday..I've been wanting to try my hand with polymer clay and these little cats just re-enforced that interest.

All in all, I love everything! Thanks Laura!

Okay, my sincerest apologies to devilxkat for the delay in posting this! I had taken the pictures with my best friend's camera, and then her grandmother died, so I've been spending the weekend helping the family out. I finally stole her camera and uploaded the pictures myself.

I have to tell you just HOW AWESOME my package was. It's like she knew exactly what I needed or would love, and made it for me.



My package. I wonder what's inside?!?



Answer? AWESOMENESS.
- First off, she made me a scarf. It's her first knitted project, so I'm super proud of her. It's Kingdom Hearts inspired, and even has the heart from the logo done in blue. It's cold where I live, so I've enjoyed using it!
- Glass coasters of some of my favourite animes. I love Elfen Lied, Gunslinger Girl and Avatar, so she painted glass coasters from each of those. Close up below.
- STAINED GLASS! They're all characters from Miyazaki films. I've got them on little hooks on my window, except the smaller soot sprites. They're on a necklace. Close-up below.
- Two little extra charms. I've got them on keychains with my keys. ^_^




The only space I have to eat in my small room is at my desk, but I never have anything to put my food down on. Now I do! They're absolutely awesome. The eye one is Lucy from Elfen Lied, the girl is Henrietta's shadow from Gunslinger Girl, and the other two are from Avatar: Zuko, Prince of the Fire Nation and the four kindgoms of the Avatar-verse (Earth, Air, Fire, Water).




These are so beautiful. I've always wanted to learn how to do stained glass, and this has just furthered my desire. They are the fire demon Calcifer from Howl's Moving Castle, a kodama (tree spirit) from Princess Mononoke, and the soot sprites from Spirited Away. I love them all so much!

I got my package today!! And tons of yummy anime goodness. I'll post pictures in a bit. Most likely after finals. But I wanted to let you know that I got it and I love it. Although it appears that I will have to fight with my daughter for the ears. ^-~

Well a HUGE APOLOGY to my partner and all of you for not being able to post pictures of the terrific package. I will try to describe the awesomeness that was sent to me. I got a black bag/satchel with a cross stitched image of yuki the rat from furuba, a "deathnote" in the shape of a binder and an absolutely beautiful furuba recipe book with different pages devoted to different characters and their food! Also the non-made extras included pocky(!!!!) a deathnote t-shirt and a pretty asian-y bookmark.
