This is what I made gamemom42 for the "one tiny thing" swap.

I made acorn cup with the little pot from an activia really creamy yogurt. They are such nice rounded little pots and I find it really hard to chuck them out.
I covered the pot with a scrap of silk I had been hanging onto for aaages (Hoarder... Me? Never...)
and made the acorn itself from a (new) brown sock, left over from a sock monkey making marathon I did a while back.

The leaves have a bit of free-motion machine embroidery embellishment.
My partner said she needed a needle book after I had started this so I added a wee one between the leaves.
