So i just joined yesterday and wanted to share one of my most recent crafts. I like to make a different ornament every year and have been doing it for the last 5 years..so i may need some new ideas soon! LOL These little guy were really easy to make and my husband helped a little too.

So this is the army...

ready for duty!

and my husband made these two for his Uncle and Aunt. They are Harley Peeps....

I love the little pipe cleaner beard. Smiley hehe


No, I like to rock n' roll all night and "part" of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1 till 3.

they are mini clay pots, painted and small styrofoam balls for the heads, and pipe cleaner for the arms and nose. and lots of hot glue! lol we bought floral wiring and looped it around and then put it through the heads and down into the pot, i stuffed some foam into the bodies with a little hot glue to help hold it all together. and painted the faces with acrylic paint. thats basically it, and of course its just ribbon for the scarves. Smiley

Super cute!! I with you! I want to see some more crafty ornament ideas! With two very curious and sometimes destructive toddlers, I've decided to leave all my intricate ornaments off the tree this year. I've decided to fill the tree with fun, easy, inexpensive crafty things that the kids can touch without me having a heart attack. So far I've made some felt items and some popicle stick sleds--which are actually pretty cute.
