So, a while ago I took a butter knife to a white-grey keyboard that had met its death by cherry-vanilla soda...and now I have an abundance of individual computer keys. Any ideas? I hotglued a few to the keyboard's wire to make a bracelet, but got bored of it pretty quickly.

Also, I have a few colored dice that are collecting dust...any ideas for those?

Thanks.

You can use them for necklaces (like a chain and have one key- it could be an initial, etc..) and you can also make really cool garland. Poke holes through the keys with a thumtack and thread them through clear fishing string stuff. You can leave big gaps inbetween each key. Make a lot of them and use them for window coverings.

You could glue them onto a picture frame to spell out a message, or just randomly.

maybe you could make a frame for your monitor (out of card for instance) and stick the keys randomly around... maybe add some wire and circuitry(sp?) stuff...

i saw this site on internet abbreviations recently:
http://bovis.gyuvet.ch/3dict/390ainet.htm
and i thought it would be interesting to make something with the keyboard letters that have some of those abbreviations (e.g., a necklace or bracelet that says LMFAO)

If you still have all the F keys, if you notice there are 12 of them.... one for each hour of the clock... ahhhh. Or you could use the ones you have and fill the blanks in with other random keys. So it could be like, Backspace o clock.
