I'm so glad you liked it all! I was worried that it might be too much garden-y stuff since you have so many interests. The spoons were my favorite part of the gift, I went and dug up some more of grandma's old silverware to make myself a set Wink

pugwash, you may want to consider starting a separate thread for those spoons, so more people on Craftster can see it! Anyone else who makes something they want to share with the general population may want to do the same.  Smiley

I lost a family member in the middle of the swap process and was in a rush to do everything and have it all sent out early(I've been in and out of town the last two weeks) that I didn't get photos! I'm such a goof. But if vegantastic allows me to use one of the photos that she posted, I can make a thread about them.

I called my mom and she's going to send me some more old spoons from the stash, so next week I'll do a quick tutorial Smiley

I am so excited, I got my wonderful package from Fluttermuffin this morning, and it is all Crochet and Embroidery items:  I do not crochet and my embroidery is so pitiful I would be laughed off Craftster forever if I tried to make it for someone!   Shocked Shocked Shocked I will post pics tomarrow when my friend comes over to help me.  I am so inept (i.e. stupid!) when it comes to technical things! Shocked Shocked Shocked  THANK YOU FLUTTERMUFFIN, I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY STUFF!!!!!!  Love the fabulous dish cloths, potholders, scrubbie (How  DID you DO that???), and the embroidered tea towels are the cutest ever!  THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!  I'M SO IMPRESSED!

I got my wonderful package from geekygirly on Thursday. I was having a bad day and came home to find a package waiting for my at my front door. I ran inside to open it up, then realized I should get pictures. So!...I did:

The minute I saw the vintage dish, I shrieked. I collect Pyrex and its cousins, Glassbake, Fire King, etc.

I was also excited to see a lot of pink (my favorite color).
First up: a handmade journal. I love to write and doodle, and I've always wanted a handmade notebook- Cassandra did an AWESOME job:

And a cute matching bookmark:

On to the next treasure!

A GORGEOUS necklace!

It was hard to take a good photograph of it laying flat, so here's an action shot:

How amazing is this tin? I love it! The picture and the tin are from the Coronado hotel in San Diego.

Earrings! (I looove earrings)

Close-ups of the earrings and necklace:

And, last but not least, Cassandra very sweetly included some goodies for my little monster:

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything is so "me"!  Grin

Be who you are and say what you mean, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
