This is a leaded glass piece I did for my house. It's above my front door.  Grin

Your design is really pretty, but it's hard to see the colors...any chance of a shot with light shining through?

I didn't realize you could make these at home! How long does it take?

Can't really get a good shot right now. I have a covered porch that only has a roof (and nothing to walk on) at this point. We're remodeling it and it won't get done until Spring or Summer, unfortunately. So I just don't have a way to get a good shot until then. The colors are a dark green with white in the background, and an almost red-violet on the butterflies.

This piece took quite some time to do. It's about 8" high and 31" wide. So with the size and all the curved cuts, it took me quite awhile. I can't even tell you quite how long it took me. It was challenging, but fun. Smiley

It does look like it was a lot of work. Very well done and like the others said, I bet with light behind it, it will be gorgous.

I managed to get two pictures today that show the colors a bit better. I optimized the pics for the web, so they shouldn't take too long to load. Smiley

Much better on showing the colors. It also shows the leading work better as well.
