I love your work and I think what I love the most about it is your ability to "feel" out the right amount and location to use texture in your art.  Your use of texture flows beautifully unlike many pieces of art I've seen where texture is just gooped, here and there     Lovely piece this one  Your colour palette useage is very pleasing to the eye also.

Local artists here have quite a few outlets for showings, whether you're brand new or been doing it for awhile.  A couple local coffee shops and places like that are very popular for new artists to show!  We only have a small local population here ( 24,000) but MANY talented artists in all kinds of media so people show at whatever they feel like...    In the summer, the Fireweed Market (outdoors, once/week) is very popular with various artists also.  We have some tiny local galleries plus a big arts centre and other shops that people show/sell their art in.. Good Luck...I think you have "it" and can do well if you pursue it with a purpose

I don't know any of you, but I LOVE YOU ALL! lol You're really all giving me the confidence to move forward and branch out. I started looking into local galleries today for a showing of my work. I'm nervous as all hell, but I'm going to do it anyway. Conquer your fear, right???
