That's awesome. Have you ever considered playing with Henna?  You might really dig it.

Missing_Muse, it is not called a gun.  a lot of tattoo artists get upset when people call it a gun.  plus, drawing is FAR different than tattooing.

pennylane3434, I agree with najaorama.  you would be very good at Henna.  you don't necessarily have to do traditional patterns either.  you could always do Henna fishies!

I walked around campus with this on my leg and SO many people asked if it was real. Kinda weird thinking back on me saying "oh no its just eyeliner.." They probably thought I was a freak. Hahaha.

And I would never be good at actual tattooing. I could tell you that as a fact. Not to mention I wouldnt get any business because I would want to change everyones shitty designs and I would probably discourage so many people from getting them. Hahaha

And if its not called a tattoo gun, what is it called (out of curiousity)?

Also henna fishies sound cool! Cheesy

it's just a machine.  a tattoo machine.  I've actually run into a few artists who get offended by the term "gun".

plus, with the Henna, the design would last longer without actually being permanent like a real tattoo.  eyeliner would wear off pretty easily I'd imagine, but the Henna temporarily stains the skin, so you could have a fish (or whatever you want) for a while.  Smiley

such a cute little fish!

i have a few friends that are tattoo artists. they all call them guns.  i never would have that that would offend anyone. good to know though if i go into a shop of someone i dont know.

i love personal swaps. i'm looking to swap my art or paper crafts for some re-usable fabric snack bags, fabric sandwich wraps, fabric paper towels, glass pendants, ephemera, or art books.
