im looking for non profit organizations- does anybody know of any.... its for a class project.... i cant find anything that is actually responsive... the american sewing guild has not responded to me... and there arent any others out there that i can find that are reputable...

What kind of organizations are you actually looking for?  There are many reasons why they don't respond.

i would prefer to find a group that is either
A: a group that is trying to keep sewing in schools (high schools) as an elective.
or B: looking to help students further a degree in fashion design.

i know this is a very narrow field but ASG and FIG are two organizations i looked into, both of which were aimed towards keeping education in high schools and keeping up the tradition of sewing but neither of them actually do anything to help, at least not that ive seen so far, and neither of them have written back so im at a loss of what to do =/
