i have knitted a purse base, very basic with knit stich. I am wanting to place a diffrent color with the outline of the harley davidson emblim on it?? can someone give me an idea how to do this?? i started to free hand it but thought i would get your input on it first.
i dont want the detail words and such, just the outline of the emblim and im going to make the inside solid orange to go on a black bag.??

here is a link to a harley site just incase you dont know what it looks like it is sort of a shield with a long square going through it. it is the one on the picture where the people are on bikes.
I really want this to look good, so any input, i thought embroidery type with my yarn would work best but im open for ideas on any way that it will work that will be functional also. i have much yarn, embroidery thread, beads, iron on adheiseve?? open totaly open!!!
thanks
darla
