Gooossshh! I am so in love with all these rings!! Easily some of the coolest buttons ever. & the pattern/color combos are perfect!! I love the depth that the layering of the buttons adds. They're really beautiful! I'd love to get my hands on one of these one of these on my hands!  Tongue

Oh man, these are so cute!  I'm so impressed.  Kudos on turning potential mope-energy into craftiness!  I'm sorry your boyfriend had to go, too... I've been there before.  Long distances are tough and so bittersweet.  But you'll make it though!

Thanks everyone!  Grin I've been getting the buttons all over the place. Online, craft stores.... I basically look every place I've gone to. I now have 4 containers full of them. I spent a small fortune, haha. >_<

I love them!!! You're not crazy...just crafty!  Wink

Sorry your BF lives so far away... I did the long distance thing too... and now I've been married to him for over 10 years!

 Cheesy

That's awesome! Ya know, I always told myself that I could never do a long distance relationship. But when I met him online, I knew something was different. It's been two years now.... and I know it'll be worth it.  He even helped me pick out a lot of those buttons. Poor guy had to go to the craft store 10 or so times with me. I'm moving to Alabama in a few months, and he'll be moving down there with me... so no more long distance! Woohoo!

Plus, with the move, I'll be close to a Hobby Lobby! We don't have them in California. =[

Life is too short to wear boring clothes.

These are lovely! I would totally pay for these--very adorable and colorful!

But is E6000 strong enough to hold the rings together? I once (or twice, or more) bought jewelry from sellers who made the pieces with E6000, and the pieces would often come apart... sorry to ask this question here, but I've never been able to make pretty pieces (like yours!) because I couldn't find a reliable glue.

Thanks. =)

I have always used E6000 for my jewelry and have never had anything fall apart on me. I made rings maybe two years ago that I'm still wearing. Never had a problem with it.
