I was given a very nice down throw. It is very warm and high quality. It just didn't go with my room. So I decided to make a duvet cover for it. My room has pink walls and a purple floor, with everything else being black & white, so I used various scraps to make a quilt-like pieced cover front. It was based on a quilt design called "Spice Market". It's 50" x 58"


The back is 2 pieces of fabric that button in the center. I used mismatched buttons from my stash.

Here you can see the tan inside.
