I know what you mean! I think that's why swapping becomes an addiction Wink And, I'll happily organize this swap again, especially if the next one goes as smoothly as this one is going (knock on wood Wink ).

I should be sending closer to the deadline... Working on a pink and white scarf right now, just finished up a red and white one.  They are so nice.  I am donating the pink and white one to the relay for life auction.

Wow! With still over a week to go until the send-out date, there's only a handful of folks who haven't sent yet (and this isn't a subtle hurry up and send message, honest!). I'm impressed with how speedy everyone is!

Again, please, please, please make sure to PM when you send AND WHEN YOU RECEIVE. Sometimes, folks need feedback so they can join another swap, but it's hard to leave feedback if I don't have actual confirmation that the goods have been delivered (DC#s are awesome, but I still like to know from a person Wink ). I do, of course, realize that life gets in the way, sometimes...

And Linda P, nice idea to donate a scarf to an auction! I'm working on one at work (I started up a crochet group during my Friday lunch (about 20 minutes, sadly) with a couple of students and another teacher. I'm working on a red HeartScarf for womenheart.org. If I had it at home, I'd be obsessively working on it until it was finished, so it's my Friday only scarf Wink

Not that I'm trying to hijack the thread, but I know there are a few of you that also do the granny daughter swap.  I started the thread for round 6:

It would be great to have you join.

That is the pattern I used.  I also did the red and white one to donate to the Special Olympics.  It is a super fast scarf to do, and I like the looks of it.  If you have not tried any of her patterns, take a look around.  It is one of my favorite sites!  (naw.. just love them!)
I am still planning on mailing on Monday.  I will PM everyone when I send.

Thanks for the link to the scarf pattern, Linda P! My Friday Lunch scarf is coming along slowly; it's hard to pay attention to and respond to the chatter of 6th grade girls and keep track of stitches, but the pattern is pretty easy, so I haven't made too many mistakes. Wink

I've just left a mini-batch of feedback. In general, you'll receive feedback once your name appears in green (sent) and purple (received and posted pics) and the names of your receiving partners are in blue or purple. There are a great many packages on the way that should be arriving soon, so I'm expecting that I'll be able to leave another batch of feedback later in the week. I'm hoping that everything will have been sent, received and posted by next Friday!
