Oh yay  Smiley

I agree; two weeks is enough time for the small projects, but the time really does get away from you sometimes.

My only real problem with it is that the PO closes at noon on Saturdays and I am too often a nose to the grindstone last minute kind of person. I like sending so they'll get them before the next month though, and I am definitely sending tomorrow. I still think 2 weeks is ample time to craft 3 smalls.

Tim just got away from me, that is why I am late this time.

 Did you catch him? Cheesy

That is just so funny, my husband's name is Tim.  I am mad at him right now so maybe it was a subconscious slip?  LOL

I agree that two weeks is enough time for this swap.  Like others have said, time just flew by too fast this time!

Two weeks is fine. I just about always send on the send date.

I really enjoyed making stuff for this swap and I'm excited about joining next month.

My OH says my swap package has arrived, but I'm at work  Sad So I can'ty rip it open. Looking forward to getting home. Grin

Totally agree with you!  When we have Sat. deadline sendouts, I have to convince myself it's actually Friday, otherwise it WILL be late... unless I'm miraculously ahead of schedule, which may happen if this is my only swap going on at the moment.  Never know, stranger things have happened  Tongue LOL!

See I don't ship on Saturdays (don't do any work or business on Saturdays really) so I always consider the Friday before to be the ship date. Would it help if the send date were a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday from now on? I just really hate having to put "sent late but with communication" in profiles Sad I don't want people to get dinged in later swaps because we had a quick turn around time in this.

I'm one of those people that get all these great ideas right away but then get busy and push everything off till the end.  The amount of swapping time is fine with me but I would prefer a weekday as the send date.  With the PO closing at noon on Sat I think it would be more convienent but that being said if I'd stop putting it off it would be ok.  lol

It's probably silly, but personally I think that alone would help tremendously.  I probably don't need 3 full weeks to craft, but 3 weekENDs, full weekends, would be just about perfect  Smiley  That would probably a good compromise, a little longer crafting time but still quick turn around.
