fantastic job!!!

i was actually trying to do that in the fall, but i was crocheting directly onto my steering wheel instead of crocheting then sewing it on.  i really wanted to challenge myself, but i gave up cus it was too cold outside to sit in my car.   Tongue  i think i'm gonna try it the way you did it.  you had incredible results!

Excellent job!
I must agree with other posters, when I first saw the thumbnail, I thought it was a Hello Kitty steering wheel cover!
If only I had a car to make one of these for!

A Hello Kitty steering wheel! What a cute idea!!

But does it slip when you are driving?

thx everybody for the compliments! i'm not a fan of Hello Kitty, so i didn't see the resemblance until ya'll mentioned it! awesome comparison nonetheless

lastly, no it's not difficult to drive. the crochet gives the steering wheel texture which gives it a better grip and the bow gets smashed and smushed as i drive, so it's not a hinderance nor a distraction at all! Wink

That's great! When I first saw the thumbnail, I was like, "Heavens to Betsy, is that a BOW on her steering wheel?!" I want that. I want that so hard...I might just have to make it for myself! Cheesy
