Hey all.  Cheesy

Our room in the apartment was just so blah with it's undecorated plain white walls. So, I've been sticking stuff up on it (a poster, my Pandorica Opens pastel) and when I saw some fabric covered bulletin boards on a friend's album on Facebook, I decided to make one for our walls.

Here's the pic: (faces blurred to protect the innocent  Tongue)

It's an 12"x18" bulletin board I bought for ~$2, with the fabric, ribbon, tacks, the whole thing probably costs around $3-4. I love the idea of not putting holes in my memorabilia by slipping it between ribbons. I also love using an actual cork board because I can use push pins and I can hang stuff from them (the things hanging below are bracelets, a flash drive on a neck cord, and an earring). These are so cheap to make and fun that I might make a bunch more in a variety of fabrics.
