Here is my newest project:

She is crocheted from the "Fawn 2.0" pattern by Elisabeth Doherty or http://www.etsy.com/shop/GourmetAmigurumi on etsy.

Here is a pic of the other side:

I really loved crocheting this fellow. She got her name because her color makes me think so much of the Double Bubble grape flavored bubblegum. Don't you want some now?

Instead of the suggested hook, I used a D or 3.0 mm hook. The other size made gaps when I decreased, even using the invisible decrease. I really wanted to add the bead and sequin details, but I had to make her child safe.  Sad

I hope you all like her!

Beautiful! Love the bubblegum colors and stripy legs Grin

I'm actually working on this fawn right now too-it's such a cute pattern. Did you have trouble sewing the legs on? Thats the part that has me a bit worried..

I really like the colors you have chosen for yours (as I see them in your pic)! Your eyes look great, too.  Grin

I didn't have much trouble actually sewing the legs on, but it did take some time and lot of pinning to get them in the right position.

Thanks! yeah I kinda figured a lot of pinning and repositioning would be involved to get her to stand up straight, I hate sewing and pinning lol

Very cute!  You did a great job on her, I love the purple.  How big is she?

Thanks! She is about 9  inches tall. I thought she might turn out a little bigger from the pattern photos, but I used a smaller hook size, too.

I *love* the fawn... so cute! I never imagined using colors that were other-than-earthy toned. I love that shade of purple! It looks great!
