Having set out to create a sturdy tool roll I came up with this. The Main body is made from denim and a lighter fabric with pockets and a flap to prevent tools from falling out. This one had a specific purpose to hold spanners but pockets could be any size. I then wanted to create a durable outer cover to withstand a busy workshop, oil and general grubbiness so decided to fuse plastic bags which has adds another bonus - waterproof :-) It is the first project I have completed on my sewing machine (recently fixed) and I am really pleased. Couldn't resist making it a bit pretty, even if it will spend time with alot of hard working men! Ha ha. Thanks for looking :-)

That is awesome! Love both the interior and the exterior and especially love how you fused the plastic. This rocks!

This is totally awesome! These roll up wraps are so versatile. I love the sturdiness, LOVE the recycled plastic and think the colours are great! I cannot believe you only got hit with one comment. Shame SHAME fellow craftsters! (LOL, Pardon my excitement!) This is right up my alley, especially being that you used stuff from around the house. :O)
