Ok, I was gifted these really awesome calendars with huge pictures on them.  Vintage cats, awesome places in the world, birds and Japanese art.  I decided that this is what I wanted to do with them.

Fans made from the calendar pages.  The stiffener underneath is old record album covers and the edge is leftover yarn from some other person's projects (also gifted).

very clever! hahah i like the rulers, but that would also be a great use for leftover paint stir-sticks!

Great idea! I always wind up saving calendars with beautiful pics because I cannot bear to toss them.
I am also the queen of hot flashes, so this is a FAB project.

this is way cool!  I have spent alot of time trying to figure out how to make a collaged neato folded fan for my hot flash moments....these would be so much easier to make and customize!!

Ohh cute idea! I also have a abundance of old calenders cause of the pics, I always thought my Mom was nuts cause she use to have a stack of old calenders now I do too  Cheesy
