hehe thanks....i didnt want to send the chicken leg away, it still makes me laugh when i think about it.

spooky-- i've actually been crocheting since i was about 10, but i dont know how to read patterns or even what different types of stitching is called......in fact, i'm not sure that i even crochet properly at all Smiley  i free handed the little mohawked critter. i was really surprised at how it turned out and i'm excited to experiment more with things like that

i love personal swaps. i'm looking to swap my art or paper crafts for some re-usable fabric snack bags, fabric sandwich wraps, fabric paper towels, glass pendants, ephemera, or art books.

Lookit Lookit Lookit!!!! I got my package from tehbunnykins today! I am so excited to share!

First up is the Skelly Pirate done in fuse beads! Awesome!!! (The first thing the kids said "is that going in our room?" "Heck no!" was my reply)

Next was an awesome hand painted portrait of Eeyore as a pirate! (I'm a nut for anything Eeyore!)

As you can tell, he kinda fits right in on the shelf in my craft area!

And now a shot of both pieces in action Smiley This is what I see when I sit down to sew!

Thank you so much for my awesome new artwork! Can't wait for DH to get home to show off to him as well Smiley

Foxy Sam and Metalvyxen... that is one cool package. I love the tissuebox Smiley

The book I must say though, is a bit strange. I have it, and maybe it's because I'm swedish and simply can't follow directions in english, but I find it far too complicated (and I'm a pretty experienced crocheter with almost 40 years hooking) Is that just me?
I love the characters and I can make them if I do it from my own head and make them look like the ones in the book, but I can't figure out the directions. I must be stupid....

ANYWAY!! Great stuff. I'm so impressed. Cheesy
