Off today, called in sick as I woke up feeling lousy in the digestive arena...felt it not a good day to have to sit through work  Tongue  Slept it off in about 3hr and I'm ready to craft today!  Hope to get my thank you gift created today with some other projects from the JoW swap as well.

I recieved my Thank You package from Thania last night! Everything is great! One of my cats and dogs were very interested in the goods!

Heres the loot:

A shoulder wrap with the most adorable little sewing pin. Thania, as you said, it does need some tweaking, its a bit snug, but I should be able to fix it.

Close up of the pin.

A picture frame.....I think I might paint this one, or do a little decopage...hmm. A little scrapbook and TONS of knitting needles for my stash!!! Woo hoo!!!

Some delicate hand beaded earrings, necklaces and bracelet. And snacks!!! I haven't heard of any of these before, I liked the Bubu Lubu ones, but hubby was scared to try anything he couldn't read...lol.

THANKS SO MUCH THANIA!!!

Sherry B, UT-Just finished your gifts! Will be mailing on Saturday. I have to go to the PO to pick up a flat rate box.

lol how funny...ure hubby,
yup that wrap wa my attempt at making a thank u gift, didnt just wanna buy stuff. The treats other than the chocolates are all from mexico... I live bout 10 mins from the Mexican border. And the frame is cause she said she likes to paint so I figured u would make it pretty, and the lil album cause she likes photography (witch the frame also fits into)

I had that pin in my stash n really wanted to do something cool with it, i knew it was perfect for ya, n when the thread catcher had to get trashed cause I goofed it up (she sews, but im a beginer ), well I then came up with the wrap... n I know ull be able to do somethin with it to make it work for ya....
thanks again for being a fabulous swapper!!!!

Lol, my priorities are about the same. Been sick since last night, took a half day today....tidied up the house a bit and now laying on the couch. Thinking I might get to knitting shortly!

I ended up completing only my crafted items for the JoW swap.  I did ______ some ______ for my thank you gift.  I am still torn on which one of 2 items I have in mind that I want to do.  I can use the things I just talked about above for either of the 2 items...but time is getting short, so I think I need to just decide which item would be the fastest to make well and do it.
