I think the book is AWESOME! I don't have any knitting books yet and I've already started picking through this one!

Actually they are knitting needles with little lights in the tips so you can knit in the dark!

Here is my fab thank you package from averyg:

The little bag is adorable and I LOVE my 2 new pincushion buddies.  I have a small collection going Smiley  The necklace and bracelet set are really neat and will be put away for an Xmas gift for a friend, they're PERFECT for her!

Closeup on the face on the jewelry.  averyg calls these 'goddess jewelry'  how cool!

And I also got my package from hngoodlett yesterday...well, TWO packages Smiley

The envelope.  Comic books, paper goods, and an art piece I will likely frame.

I have never owned a comic book in my life!  LOL!  These will make for great patchworking on my pieced bookmarks!

The box.  Fabrics, ribbons, thread cones, misc jewelry bits, stickers.  I will be using some of the ribbons and trim on a little project for the JoW swap soon.  2 of the 4 fabrics are jersey material for t-shirt scarfs or actual t-shirts Smiley

My FAVE fabric in the box!!  LOVE this SO much.  I think this will make an AWESOME purse and hopefully a small wallet too.

Thanks so much to the both of you!

I received from jeniferpi yesterday! It was sweetly decorated by her daughter. There was mucho excitement at my house, as my sister happened to be here when the package arrived. She pounced on half the stuff with an agility I must admire. Smiley

List O' Loot!

Embroidery hoop, thread, and ribbands. Paint tray. Jewelry equipment, macrame cord and beads, and buttons.

And when I say buttons, I mean BUTTONS. Observe.

My sister pawing through her newfound booty. I think the details of her wedding are getting to her, as evidenced by her goofy face.

Thank you so much jeniferpi!

I'm glad you liked everything TSM. I wasn't going to send that safari fabric because I couldn't decide if you'd like it, so I'm glad it's your fabric.
