Sorry if I missed an answer to this when I was searching, but I had a question.
Do you have to have a business permit or income tax forms or any of that to sell crafts at a craft fair or a bazaar? A teacher of mine told me that normally at the school bazaar you don't have to, but I wondered if this was true or if it applied to all bazaars. Please let me know, I'd like to participate in one.  Huh

If the fair is run properly  Wink you should be given a tax envelope in which at the end of the show you will write a check or pay cash the sales tax you collected for the time you sold things.  remember to collect sales tax or you end up taking it out of your profits.  Sad you do not however need to worry about income tax, because the money you "made" will go to buying more supplies, gas money, food, etc so it is not really income.  remember to save all receipts so they can be written off.  good luck!
