A recent plate from the kiln:



She's made red clay, carved, with an iron oxide wash, underglaze (on the flowers) and glaze.There was some bubbling in the underglaze, sadly. Sometimes the kiln gods just like to mess with me! Smiley

There's quite a strong light pointed at the plate, hence the glare, but the pale greenish glaze on the skellie really glows a bit in person. Looks kinda radioactive, no?

I think it is AWESOME!  I love it.. the skull looks like it has a bone texture... Going to Wist this one!
