2oz SR flour (or 2oz all purpose flour and 1tsp baking powder)
2oz butter
2oz sugar
1 egg

beat. pour into petits fours cases and bake for 10 mins at 180 centigrade or until raised and golden.

leave to cool and while cooling make glac icing using confectioner's sugar and water and food colours.

when cakes are cool, let toddler loose with icing and decorations.
