and no, she refused the wear trousers. it was all i could do to get her to keep her underpants on. and yes, they're boy's boxers. also please excuse the tea stain near her shoulder.

First of all your little girl is soooo cute!  I love that she is wearing boys' boxers!  LOL
My little boys (3, 4, and would much rather run around in underwear than anything else!

Second, that is a really cute sweater!!  I like the second version better too---it definitely looks wearable and comfy!  great job!!

no, no pattern I'm afraid. I winged it. I can tell you the yoke was 36st around, joined with a slst then on the second row I did a dc, ch1, dc fan in the first, 9th and 27th stitches of the original chain, and just kept doing the fan in each ch1 space until i had it about the right width for her shoulders.

the rest? I winged it.

You did a really good job turning it into a hoodie! If I had one in my size just like it, I'd wear it (well, maybe in purple instead of pink).
